The boys from Harris Plumbing are taking on two physical challenges for the KIDS Foundation in 2018 and they need your support!
A team from Harris Plumbing has taken on the challenge of a lifetime... to raise $50,000 for the KIDS Foundation and get fit along the way.
In August, Shane will take part in Ride4KIDS, an annual cycling challenge travelling 550km on his bike from Byron Bay to Noosa to raise awareness of injury prevention and recovery programs and the Australian Burn Survivors Network. In November Shane, Anthony and Russell take on the biggest triathlon in the Southern Hempisphere, Noosa Tri 2018. The team will swim 1.5km, ride 40km nad run 10km in the KIDS Foundation’s Charity Hero team.
They also hope to raise a remarkable $50,000 for the KIDS Foundation, money that will help KIDS to educate and empower young people to build strong lives.
Here’s the Harris Plumbing Noosa Tri team...
- Anthony will swim (1.5km)
- Shane will ride (40km)
- Russell will run (10km)
Help Harris Plumbing raise $50k for KIDS
The KIDS Foundation is a leading injury prevention and injury recovery organisation that keeps children safe and builds strong lives for those living with serious injury and burns. They have been operating since 1993 with a number of highly successful programs making a significant positive impact on the lives of many children and their families.
Their mission is to keep children safe and create a better life for those living with serious injury and burns.
Harris Plumbing is a great supporter of the KIDS Foundation and has seen the impact of the charities programs, services and camps. Excited to support KIDS again in 2018, Shane, Anthony and Russell have set an ambitious fundraising goal, which they hope to smash with your support. The team is taking on these challenges to raise awareness of the KIDS Foundation and raise funds to enable KIDS to truly become a national leader in injury prevention and recovery strategies that tackle Australia’s childhood injury problem.
